Angular momentum is given by

[tex]L = I w[/tex]

here we have

I = moment of inertia of wheel

[tex]I = \frac{1}{2}mR^2[/tex]

[tex]I = \frac{1}{2}*3.2*0.27^2[/tex]

[tex]I = 0.117 kg*m^2[/tex]

angular speed is given as 1500 rpm

[tex]w = 2 \pi f[/tex]

[tex]w = 2 *\pi * \frac{1500}{60}[/tex]

[tex]w = 157 rad/s[/tex]

now angular momentum is given by

[tex] L = 0.117 * 157 = 18.4 kg*m^2* rad/s[/tex]
