3x(squared) +3y (squared) -54 =0

Divide everything by 3

x(squared) +y (squared) -18 =0

Add 18 to both sides

x(squared) +y (squared)  = 18

Center  (0,0) and radius = sqrt (18) === 3 (sqrt 2)
