Slope of line that is perpendicular to the  line y = 2x - 6,

[tex]m=-\dfrac{1}{2}[/tex]

Line passes through (1,5).

Equation of line will be,

[tex]y-5=m(x-1)\\y-5=-1/2{x-1}\\2y-10=-x+1\\2y=11-x[/tex]
