-3x+5y=-15    multiply this equation  with 2

so

6x+9y=18

-6x+10y=-15

add these equation

so 6x-6x+9y+10y=18-15

     19y=3

y=3/19

so 2x+3*3/19=6      multiply this equation  with 19

2x*19+9=6*19

38x+9=114

-9          -9

38x=105

x=105/38
