[tex]40t=15(1.2^t)[/tex] 

[tex]15(1.2^t)=40t[/tex]  [tex]|Flip \ the \ given \ equation|[/tex] 

[tex] \dfrac{15(1.2^t)}{15} =\ \textgreater \ \dfrac{40t}{15} [/tex]
