all you have to do is multiply 45 by Pi= 45 x 3.14

The formula to find Circumference is: C = Pi x D (Pi is 3.14 and D is Diameter). Hence, 3.14 x 45 = 141.3 cm.  The answer is 141.3 cm.
The circumference of a circle is Π*d.
